Algunas son m\u00e1s agradables que otras, pero todas&nbsp;cumplen<br \/>\nfunciones importantes para la vida. Todas las emociones son v\u00e1lidas. No existen<br \/>\nemociones buenas o malas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nLas emociones son energ\u00eda y la \u00fanica energ\u00eda que es negativa es la energ\u00eda<br \/>\nque se queda estancada. Por esta raz\u00f3n, es necesario expresar las emociones,<br \/>\npara que la energ\u00eda no se estanque en el<br \/>\ncuerpo.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote type=\"cite\">\n<div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lenoarmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/02\/lafoto.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lenoarmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/02\/lafoto.jpg\" height=\"320\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nNo podemos desconectar o evitar las emociones, porque a la larga nos van a<br \/>\npasar factura.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nTodos tenemos la capacidad de gestionar nuestras emociones, y para poder<br \/>\ngestionar las de nuestros hijos, primero es necesario gestionar las<br \/>\npropias.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nRecursos para trabajar emociones:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuentos, pel\u00edculas, series, dibujos, y m\u00fasica &nbsp;que les ayuden a reconocer<br \/>\nqu\u00e9 est\u00e1n sintiendo.\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 libros recomedados especialmente (<i>El monstruo de los colores, Anna<br \/>\nLlenas, Ed&nbsp;Flamboyant,2012.&nbsp;<br \/>\nY Emocionario, Cristina Nu\u00f1ez, y Rafael Romero, Ed Palabras Aladas,<br \/>\n2013).<\/i>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transmitiendo seguridad\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mostrando empat\u00eda\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elogiando y reforzando\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">No etiquetando\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siempre os vamos a querer a pesar de c\u00f3mo os comport\u00e9is.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote type=\"cite\">\n<div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacemos ante una rabieta?<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lenoarmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/02\/rabieta-ni\u00f1os-stickers-cuadro-de-econom\u00eda-de-fichas.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lenoarmi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/02\/rabieta-ni\u00f1os-stickers-cuadro-de-econom\u00eda-de-fichas.jpg\" height=\"180\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<blockquote type=\"cite\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nLa mejor manera de superar las<br \/>\nrabietas las resumo en cinco puntos:<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n1.<b> Comprendiendo que el ni\u00f1o no<br \/>\npretende enga\u00f1arnos ni tomarnos el pelo.<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nEsto nos har\u00e1 ser m\u00e1s flexibles<br \/>\ny tener m\u00e1s paciencia. En realidad el ni\u00f1o est\u00e1 diciendo:- Yo no soy t\u00fa, quiero<br \/>\nalgo diferente a ti, pero todav\u00eda no s\u00e9 lo que es.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote type=\"cite\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n2. <b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Escuchar<br \/>\nactivamente:<\/b> Ponerse a su altura, mirarle a los ojos, y reconocer su enfado<br \/>\nen vez de taparlo. &#8211; Veo que est\u00e1s enfadado, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo que te enfada?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote type=\"cite\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n3. <b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Comprender sus motivos<\/b><b>:<\/b><br \/>\nTransmitirle de forma calmada, que entiendes su enfado. Permitirle que exprese<br \/>\nsu enfado, es bueno para su desarrollo.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote type=\"cite\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n4.<b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"> No juzgar a nuestros<br \/>\nhijos:&nbsp;<\/b>Podemos expresar nuestra disconformidad, pero no atacamos la<br \/>\npersonalidad del ni\u00f1o o valoramos negativamente su conducta. Es decir, mi hijo<br \/>\nno es m\u00e1s bueno o malo porque ha hecho una cosa bien o no. El ni\u00f1o siempre es<br \/>\nbueno, aunque a veces yo no le entienda o no me guste lo que ha hecho.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote type=\"cite\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n5.&nbsp;<b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Proponer una alternativa sin<br \/>\nimponersela,<\/b>&nbsp;para que la rabieta se solucione cuanto<br \/>\nantes.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>Normalmente si les \u201cignoramos\u201d suelen volverse m\u00e1s sumisos y<br \/>\ndependientes, aunque lo que vemos es un ni\u00f1o que mejora en sus rabietas. Pero la<br \/>\ncausa que provoca esa rabieta sigue en \u00e9l y se manifestar\u00e1 de otra forma (ahora<br \/>\no en la adolescencia).<\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n6.<b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"> Las rabietas se pasan con<br \/>\nla edad.<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nLlega un d\u00eda en que el ni\u00f1o adquiere un lenguaje que le permite<br \/>\nexplicarse mejor que a trav\u00e9s del llanto y las pataletas. Tambi\u00e9n llega un d\u00eda<br \/>\nen que sabe lo que \u201ces\u201d y \u201cquiere\u201d y lo pide sin llevar la contraria a<br \/>\nnadie.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n&nbsp;<b>Ma\u00f1ana os haremos llegar un ejemplo<br \/>\nmuy pr\u00e1ctico y habitual con nuestros hijos.<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote type=\"cite\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt;
